David is a writer and 2D artist based in México City. He holds a degree in Art and Digital Animation from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he found a passion for merging prose and comic elements. Later, he refined his skills with a Master’s in Concept Art and Storyboard from the Escuela Europea para la Comunicación y las Artes.

With experience as a freelance storyboard artist, illustrator, animator, and project manager. David thrives on bringing stories to life through both words and images. In his art style, he enjoys mixing hand-drawn ink illustrations with digital techniques, while in his writing leans more towards fantasy and science fiction—combining the everyday with the extraordinary. Always trying to capture the values important to him: friendship, loyalty, and courage.

When not creating, he can be found reading, hunting for rare books, experimenting with new creative techniques, and writing short stories.

Currently, He's looking for representation for his first graphic novel —a blend between prose and comics— and looking to work as a book writer and picture book illustrator.
